When should I make an appointment for a consultation?
Please make a reservation at least one month prior to the desired date of the photo shoot.
Can I visit your studio?
Yes, you are welcome to visit.
Please be sure to make an appointment in advance, as studio usage may make it difficult to show you around.
Is there parking available?
There is no dedicated or affiliated parking for this building.Please use coin-operated parking in the neighborhood.
Is there anything we need to prepare for the photo shoot?
Please bring the following items for both Western and Japanese style attire.
Groom: Underwear (plain white T-shirt), socks
Bride: Bridal underwear, stockings (beige)

Japanese-style attire
Groom: Underwear (plain white T-shirt with wide neckline), pants, white tabi socks
Bride: underwear, undershirt, white tabi socks
Can I bring my own items for the shoot?
Please note that we do not allow you to bring your own photography accessories for the Disney Plan.
For the Original Plan, you may bring in items as long as they will not damage or stain your costumes, so please bring them on the day of the shoot.
How much time do you have to shoot on the day of the event?
It depends on the plan, but it takes about 4-5 hours.
Can you listen to my request during the photo shoot?
Of course!
Please bring any visuals you have in mind.
We will do our best to make your dreams come true.
Can I take pictures with my camera, video or smartphone?
Please refrain from taking your own photographs.
Can I shoot with my family?
If you would like to have a commemorative photo shoot with your parents or relatives, you may do so together for an optional fee of ¥33,000 (tax included), during the time available.
We do not have a waiting room for family members, so please come in at the right time for your photo shoot.
Can I take pictures with my child?
You can take pictures together. Please note that we do not provide cribs or diaper stands.
No children's costumes are available.
Can I take pictures with my pet?
Only location plans can be taken with us.
Please bring a leash and a cage on the day of the shoot. However, please be sure to consult with us in advance as this may be difficult depending on the location and circumstances. We do not allow pets to be photographed in the studio plan.
If I sign up for a location plan, can I choose the location?
You can choose from a list of potential locations in the Yokohama area.
We also have locations outside of the candidate locations that are available for on-site photography, so please contact us to discuss your needs.
What happens if rain is forecast for the day of the location shoot?
You may postpone the shoot only once at no charge, with a decision made at least 3 days prior to the shoot date.
What happens if it rains on the day of the location shoot?
Support varies depending on the location. Please consult with our staff in charge first.
How can I choose my costume?
How to choose depends on the plan.
■Disney Plan
You can choose from a dress catalog or images.
If you wish to have a costume fitting in advance, you can try on dresses for an optional fee of ¥33,000 per dress (tax included).
■Little Martha Original Plan
You choose from our dress catalog or images, and we will arrange a costume fitting in advance.
You can try on up to three costumes of your choice.
Which collections of dresses can I wear in the "Disney Plan"?
This will vary depending on the shooting conditions and will be announced during your visit or online consultation.
What is the size range of your dresses?
Items in our stores are available in sizes 7-13. The number of sizes available may vary depending on the design.
I would like to shoot "FROZEN", but can I shoot in a dress other than the ones shown on your website?
We can take pictures.
We have 2 Elsa designs and 2 Anna designs available.
Can I bring my own costumes?
Both Western and Japanese style clothing is not permitted.
Can I rent just the costumes?
Costume rental only is not available.
When will I receive the data of the photos taken?
The schedule varies depending on the plan, but delivery will take approximately one and a half to two months after the shooting or data selection.
Do you accept cash only?
Credit card or cash payments are accepted.
Is payment made on the day of the shoot?
If paying by credit card, payment can be made in advance in person or at the store on the day of the shoot. (Installments are acceptable.)
For cash, we ask that you transfer the payment in advance to our designated bank account.
For options added at the time of the shoot, we ask that you pay on the day of the shoot by credit card.
When is the cancellation fee charged?
Cancellation fee will be charged from 14 days prior to the shooting date.
◆14 days to 8 days prior to the shooting date: 50% of the shooting fee
◆7 days to the day before: 80% of the shooting fee
◆100% of the shooting fee
In all cases, if a facility rental fee is incurred in advance for the shoot, the full amount will be charged.
